SECTION 1 – COLLECTIONS
When ordering product(s) from the 0360 store, you may choose to collect your order or have it delivered to your premises.
You may collect your order from 0360’s premises at Unit 3, Block 3, Makhetha St, Orlando West, Soweto, Gauteng from 9 am to 5 pm Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays or on prior arrangement with 0360. Collections are made at your cost and subject to the Terms of Conditions and Service of this website.
SECTION 2 – DELIVERIES
By selecting the Delivery option with an order, you are requesting that your order be delivered to the address you gave when registering on the 0360 website. The delivery charge will be added to the total price of goods ordered and reflected on your invoice.
0360 will endeavour (but is not obliged) to deliver your order within 48 hours from 9 am on the day following the day on which you place your order.
SECTION 3 – RETURNS
0360’s refunds policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order was collected or delivered, 0360 cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fresh produce (meat, vegetables etc) are non-returnable, as are downloadable software products and some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
To return your product, you should deliver it to Unit 3, Block B, Makhetha St, Orlando West, Soweto, between 9 am an 5 pm on weekdays excluding public holidays.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item(s). Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and subject to our 7 days returns policy.
SECTION 4 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days of 0360 accepting it, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
SECTION 5 – CANCELLATIONS
You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which you receive a notification that it is being shipped for delivery. Should you wish to return the product thereafter, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy.
